		<description>in one part you mention that you can gift someone your planets. i am in a free game atm and want to give everything i got to someone how do i go about this or is it even possible in a free game ?

		<description>I like the guide you&#039;ve written for this game. I&#039;m currently playing through a free game and having a blast with the subtleties of the strategy as well as all the gentlemen&#039;s agreements and backstabbery that&#039;s going on.

I want to say that while industry builds ships dependent on where the upgrade is, both economy and research are empire-wide. This means that given the choice between upgrading a planet close to an enemy&#039;s border as opposed to the safety of the edge of the map, it would most certainly be better to upgrade in the safer spot.</description>
